A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 28 terminations were made. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 28-PowerTSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package to save space. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. DC DC switching regulators like this one generate Adjustable outputs on their output pins to handle the power management. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~85°C TA temperature while operating. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 280kHz~700kHz. Input voltage 3V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of 0.9V. Voltage regulator has a maximum input voltage of 4V. Its 260 peak reflow temperature makes this regulator essentially indestructible. To meet the operation requirements, voltage regulator is designed to provide 2.5V as the nominal input voltage.
