TPS54202HDDCR Description


 The TPS54202HDDCR  is a synchronous buck converter with an input voltage range of 4.5m V to 28m V and a synchronous buck of 2mi A. The device includes two integrated switches FET, internal loop compensation and 5ms internal soft start to reduce the number of components. By integrating MOSFET and using SOT-23 packaging, TPS54202HDDCR achieves high power density and provides a small footprint on printed circuit boards. The implementation of the advanced ecological model maximizes the light load efficiency and reduces the power consumption. In order to reduce electromagnetic interference, spread spectrum operation is introduced. The cycle-by-cycle current limit in the two high-end MOSFET protects the converter under overload conditions and is enhanced by the continuous current limit of the low-end MOSFET to prevent the current from getting out of control. If the overcurrent state lasts longer than the current time, hiccup mode protection is triggered.
