TPS56339DDCR Desrciption
The TPS56339DDCR is a 3-A synchronous buck converter with an input voltage range of 4.5 to 24 V. To reduce component count, the TPS56339DDCR contains two integrated switching MOSFETs, internal loop correction, and a 5-ms internal soft-start. The device achieves great power density and has a tiny footprint on the PCB by using the SOT-23 (6) packaging.
