There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. The space-saving 9-UFBGA, DSBGA package is available for this voltage regulator. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Fixed output generated. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. Keeping dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature at -40°C~85°C TA is essential when operating. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 3.5MHz. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.5V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. Featuring a 2.4A Switch output current, dc to dc voltage regulator offers maximum design flexibility.
