It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There are 16 terminations in this voltage regulator. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING REGULATOR. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 16-UFBGA, DSBGA package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Programmable output generated. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~85°C TA, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 2.3MHz. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.3V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 2.85V.
