As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 16 terminations were made. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 16-UFBGA, DSBGA package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Programmable output. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA. 2.3MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. Despite its low input voltage, this voltage regulator can operate. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 2.85V. It features maximum design flexibility due to dc to dc voltage regulator's 5A Switch output current. To meet the operation requirements, voltage regulator is designed to provide 3.2V as the nominal input voltage. The TPS61281 family of DC/DC regulators includes this DC/DC regulator. A voltage of 4.4V volts can be generated by DC DC switching regulator. To operate the voltage regulator 12v, 16 pins are required. Accordingly, dc to dc voltage regulator's maximum output current is 4A A. By using the 4.4V's maximal output voltage, adjusting voltage regulator can operate easily. This DC-DC switching regulator operates from a supply voltage of 4.85V. There are no external factors that affect DC DC switching regulator's consumption of 15μA A of quiescent current. By adding the ALSO OPERATES IN PFM CONTROL TECHNIQUE feature, this harley voltage regulator is more efficient and stable.
