It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. In this voltage regulator, there are 16 terminations. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a BATTERY CHARGE CONTROLLER voltage regulator. The space-saving 16-UFBGA, DSBGA package is available for this voltage regulator. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Programmable output generated. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA. 2.3MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. The voltage regulator can operate with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.3V. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 2.85V. It features maximum design flexibility due to dc to dc voltage regulator's 4A Switch output current. Due to its 260 high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible. For operation, switching regulator requires a nominal input voltage of 3.2V.
