There is an optimized performance in this voltage regulator because it utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In this voltage regulator, 5 terminations are present. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. Space-saving SC-74A, SOT-753 packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Fixed output generated. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 1MHz. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 2.5V. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 1.5V.
