TPS70933DBVR Description
The TPS70933DBVR family of linear regulators is a low-power, low-current device that is ideal for power-sensitive applications. Over temperature, a precision band-gap and error amplifier give 2% accuracy. These devices are perfect for battery-powered, always-on systems that require very little idle-state power dissipation, with a quiescent current of only 1 A. For enhanced safety, these devices incorporate thermal shutdown, current limit, and reverse-current protection. Pulling the EN pin low enables shutdown mode. The shutdown current in this mode is typically 150 nA.
