Description
The TPS7A3301RGWT linear regulators are negative voltage (–36 V), ultralow-noise (16-μVRMS, 72-dB PSRR), and capable of sourcing a maximum load of 1 A.
A complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) logic-level-compatible enable pin (EN) is included in the TPS7A3301RGWT series to allow for user-customizable power management techniques. Built-in current limit and thermal shutdown functions are also provided to protect the device and system under fault conditions.
The TPS7A3301RGWT family of bipolar transistors is intended for high-accuracy, high-precision instrumentation applications in which clean voltage rails are important to system performance. It's perfect for powering operational amplifiers, analog-to-digital converters (ADCs), digital-to-analog converters (DACs), and other high-performance analog circuitry because of this property.
