TS12A4514DR Overview
Due to its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packaging, the electronic part is convenient for international shipping. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. The multiplexer is located in Surface Mount. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have the same number of circuits 1:1. Increasing operating temperature to around -40°C~85°C TA.
