Packed in SOT-70-5, the electronic component is convenient for shipping overseas. There are 5 terminations totally. By its 1 channels, the electronic component provides high-quality output. With a 3V voltage supply, the electrical component should be turned on and run. 5 pins are injected to the electronic part body. This digital multiplexer has 8Ohm internal resistance. A cost-effective Single supply type analogue multiplexer. The lowest voltage fed to the electronic component should be 2V. 10nA current would be enough for this multiplexer to operate. If put voltage greater than 250nA on the device, damage may be caused to the analogue multiplexer. This analog switch ic utilizes COMMON OUTPUT output. The switches should not operate in an environment where the temperature is higher than 85°C.
