With its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 1 outputs. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). This dc control operates at 4.75V~30V and has a 4.75V~30V supply voltage. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~85°C TA rating. This switching controller can switch at 100kHz.
