UC2705NG4 Overview


There is greater flexibility with the PDIP package.Mosfet driver is based on 8 terminations.Mosfet driver is mounted using Through Hole.Devices have 8 pins available.The device is specifically designed to function with a supply voltage of 20V V.As its interface IC, BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER is being employed.An output current as high as 1.5A can be achieved at maximum power.The component has 8 pins.Mosfet driver is based on a basis of 1 outputs that have been integrated.Operating temperatures cannot exceed 85°C.-40°C is the minimum permissible operating temperature.Keeping the supply current at 4mA ensures greater stability.During operation, the supply voltage of 40V is its maximum value.In order for it to operate, the supply voltage of 5V must be maintained.As a result, the current it emits is 1.5A.A STANDARD character describes its input.
