Capsuled in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). Voltages 7.6V~30V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with 0°C~70°C TA. Switching can be done at 500kHz with this switching controller. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. In order to control switching efficiently, the dcdc regulator features Frequency Control. The switch converters are connected to an analog IC with a SWITCHING CONTROLLER output.
