This program utilizes the handy SOT-23-6 package.This part serves as a voltage reference and is controlled by a Series signal.There is an external packaging of Tape & Reel.With 6, different functions are terminated.Connected to the part is an analog integrated circuit (IC).An output voltage of 3.3V is determined based on test statistics.It is sufficient to output 1.A part with 6 pins is included.Reflow soldering shouldn't exceed 260.Pins 6 are firmly seated in the part.Being a type Voltage References, the voltage reference circuit has many applications.There is 10mA way the reference voltage can output more current than 10mA in this case.As the input voltage of this voltage reference ic is 7.5V, users should confine the voltage accordingly.There must be a 5V supply voltage for it to function.At 125°C degrees Celsius, it should be able to operate.As low as -55°C can be operated by it.It outputs a voltage of 3.3V.It uses 100μA when idle.It starts running at 3.35V voltage at least, according to the record.
