XC6118N16AMR-G Overview
There are 5 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. Packaging is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. There are a total of 1 channels on this supervisor, and they are arranged in a series. The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of SC-74A, SOT-753 functions. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Voltage Detector manage ics. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 2V. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Power management is included in the Surface Mount mount. It is possible to subcategorize this power ic as a Power Management Circuits chip. 5 pins are on the supervisor. It is recommended that Vsup should not be less than 1V for this IC power. There should be no more than 6V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. The power management can work with a maximum supply temperature of 1.8μA.
