XC9131H05CDR-G Overview
It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. In this voltage regulator, 10 terminations are present. The type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with is SWITCHING REGULATOR. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 10-UFDFN Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. 1.2MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 0.65V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 1.8V. DC DC switching regulator's 1.2A Switch output current allows for maximum design flexibility. As far as the voltage input is concerned, DC DC switching regulator can accept up to 5.5V. This voltage regulator's peak reflow temperature is so high as to make it virtually indestructible. An input voltage of 1.8V is required to meet the requirements of the switching regulator operation.
