XC9265D321MR-G Overview
For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There are 5 terminations in this voltage regulator. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 3.6V is provided. Voltage can be produced at 3.2V volts by voltage regulator. The maximal operating temperature of voltage regulator should be less than or equal to 85°C. Adjusting voltage regulator should be possible to operate the machine at a temperature higher than -40°C. A technique allows for the dc to dc voltage regulator's input voltage to have a maximum value of 6V. The switching regulator allows an input voltage of 2V as a minimum.
