A high level of reliability can be achieved through the use of an advanced packaging method Tape and Reel. The part body receives 14 pins. The logic device can be mounted on the Surface Mount axis and is used in a wide range of applications. Quiescent parts carry 2 µA current. When the temperature of the environment exceeds 125 °C degrees Celsius, the device should not operate. A minimal operating temperature of -40 °C has been determined from test statistics. The device should not be supplied with voltages higher than 5.5 V. In order for the part to function properly, the lowest voltage should be 2 V.
