In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Cut Tape (CT) is used. In total, there are 5 terminations. A digital multiplexer may suffer damage if voltage is applied above 10μA. During operation, the multiplexer should not be exposed to a temperature above 85°C. The switch device is capable of conducting in a 1-bit mode.
