OP913SL Product Details
OP913SL Overview
In order to protect these photodiodes from damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into TO-5 Variant, 2 Leads, Lens Top Metal Can packages in order to protect them from damage. A continuous reverse-bias mode can only sustain 32V voltage per photodiode. Continuously reverse-bias the photodiodes shouldn't exceed 32V. It has 2 pins for the photodiodes. A circuit containing photodiodes might release 150mW heat. In order for photodiodes to function, the temperature must not exceed 125°C. However, the minimum operating temperature of the photodiodes should be set to -65°C. Anode voltage for the reverse anode of the photodiodes should be 32V. Reverse-bias photodiodes can provide 60V voltages. Without light, a photodiode has 25nA current.
