OP913WSL Product Details
OP913WSL Overview
To protect these photodiodes from damage, the Bulk is used. It is necessary to enclose the photodiodes in TO-5 Variant, 2 Leads, Lens Top Metal Can packages for safety purposes. Continuously reverse-biasing photodiodes can withstand 32V voltage. It is recommended to set the reverse-bias mode for the photodiodes to not exceed 32V on a continuous basis. 2 is the number of pins on the photodiodes. There is a possibility that the photodiodes could release 150mW heat within the circuit. It is recommended that photodiodes be operated at a temperature of 125°C. However, the minimum operating temperature for the photodiodes should be set to -65°C. In the case of photodiodes, the reverse anode voltage should be 32V. It is possible for the photodiodes to supply 60V voltage when they are reverse-biased. A photodiode is capable of conducting 25nA current even without light input.
