A Tape & Reel (TR) package protects these photodiodes from damage. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into 2-SMD, Gull Wing packages. Reverse-bias photodiodes should not be operated above 32V permanently. A photodiode is equipped with 2 pins. A circuit made up of photodiodes could release heat 150mW. It is recommended that the reverse anode voltage on the photodiodes be 32V. It is generally recommended that the maximum heat released by photodiodes should be 150mW in a circuit. If the reverse voltage is set to 32V, the photodiodes can work effectively. Without light input, a photodiode will produce 30nA current.
