OP950 Product Details
OP950 Overview
To protect them from damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. For safety reasons, the photodiodes are packaged in Radial packages. When reverse-biased continuously, photodiodes can withstand a maximum voltage of 60V. When operating in reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes should not exceed 60V. There are 2 pins on the photodiodes. In a circuit, photodiodes could release 100mW heat. Photodiodes should operate at a temperature of 100°C. In spite of this, the photodiodes should be operated at a minimum operating temperature of -40°C. Current should flow across a photodiode at 1.2V voltage. Reverse-biased photodiodes could supply 60V voltage. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces 1nA current.
