As a protective measure, these photodiodes are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in SMD/SMT packages. Reverse-bias photodiodes can withstand a maximum of 50V in continuous reverse-bias mode. Photodiodes in reverse-bias mode should not continuously exceed 50V. Photodiodes have a pin count of 6. In order for photodiodes to operate, the temperature should not exceed 125°C. It should be noted that the photodiodes should be operated at -55°C as a minimum operating temperature. The photodiodes could supply 50V voltage in reverse-bias mode. It is possible for a photodiode to produce 10nA even without light input.
