BPW46 Product Details
BPW46 Overview
In order to protect these photodiodes from damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into Radial, Side View packages in order to protect them from damage. Continuously reverse-bias the photodiodes shouldn't exceed 60V. It has 2 pins for the photodiodes. A circuit containing photodiodes might release 215mW heat. Anode voltage for the reverse anode of the photodiodes should be 60V. A circuit should experience a maximum heat release of 215mW when photodiodes are used. With reverse voltage of 60V, the photodiodes can work properly. Without light, a photodiode has 2nA current.
