In order to prevent damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). Photodiodes are packaged in 2-SMD packages in order to ensure their safety. When operating in reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes should not exceed 60V. 2 pins are present on the photodiodes. A circuit containing photodiodes may be able to release 215mW heat. It should be 60V for the reverse anode voltage of the photodiodes. For a photodiode to operate, a voltage of 1V is required. The photodiodes could supply 60V voltage in reverse-bias mode. A photodiode occurs even at 1nA current without light input.
