OP906 Product Details
OP906 Overview
These photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk to protect them from damage. Photodiodes are protected by Radial packages in order to ensure their safety. As long as the photodiodes are operated continuously in reverse-bias mode, the maximum voltage they can tolerate is 60V. When reverse-biased, the photodiodes should not continually exceed 60V. Pins 2 are present on the photodiodes. As a result of the photodiodes, a circuit could produce 100mW heat. Photodiodes should operate at a temperature of 100°C. The minimum operating temperature for the photodiodes, however, should be set to -40°C. It is recommended that the reverse anode voltage on the photodiodes be 60V. Current should flow across a photodiode at 1.2V voltage. As a result of reverse-bias operation, the photodiodes are capable of supplying 60V voltage. Even in the absence of light input, a photodiode occurs 1nA current.
