To protect them from damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). For safety reasons, the photodiodes are packaged in 2-SMD packages. When operating in reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes should not exceed 60V. There are 2 pins on the photodiodes. In a circuit, photodiodes could release 215mW heat. In the case of photodiodes, the reverse anode voltage should be 60V. Current should flow across a photodiode at 1V voltage. Reverse-biased photodiodes could supply 60V voltage. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces 1nA current.
