VEMD5160X01 Overview

The Tape & Reel (TR) protects these photodiodes from damage. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in 4-TDFN Exposed Pad packages. The maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 20V. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 20V should be maintained for the photodiodes. 2 pins are present on the photodiodes. Despite the absence of light, photodiodes make 200pA current.
