DG200ABK Overview


The electronic part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in 14-CDIP (0.300, 7.62mm). In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tube is used. There is an analog multiplexer mounted in position Through Hole. There is 1:1 ratio between the number of multiplexers and demultiplexers. Around -55°C~125°C TA is the extended operating temperature. The analog switch ics are built using SPST - NC switching circuits. A total of 2 circuits make up this switch device. It has an internal resistance of 70Ohm. During operation, the multiplexer should not be exposed to a temperature above 125°C. Suppliers offer the 14-CERDIP package.
