DG302BDJ Product Details
DG302BDJ Overview
Shipping overseas is convenient with the electronic component packed in 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm). High reliability is provided by advanced packaging method Tube. In Through Hole, this analog switch is mounted. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a ratio of 2:1. Temperatures around -40°C~85°C TA are extended for operation. The electronic part body is injected with 14 pins. A DPST - NO switching circuit is used to build these analog multiplexers. There are 2 circuits in this multiplexer. There is 50Ohm internal resistance in this digital multiplexer. For functions related to 14 pins, please refer to the datasheets. A voltage higher than 36V should not normally be supplied to the switches. Analogue multiplexers of the Dual, Single supply type that are cost-effective. 13V should be the lowest voltage fed to the electronic component. The analogue multiplexer may be damaged if voltage is greater than 1mA. If put voltage greater than 22V on the multiplexer, damage may be caused to the device. If you are using dual power supplies, you should attach at least 7V. 15V operating voltages are supported by the electronic component. It is possible to operate 4 inputs. Drain to Source resistance is 50Ohm.
