DG309DY Overview


Due to its 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packaging, the electronic part is convenient for international shipping. High reliability is ensured by the advanced packaging method Tube. In Surface Mount, this analog switch is mounted. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have the same number of circuits 1:1. Operation at a temperature around -40°C~85°C TA. In total, 16 terminations have occurred. An 15V voltage supply should allow the electrical part to be turned on and run. The electronic part body is injected with 16 pins. The analog switch ics are built using SPST - NC switching circuits. As far as internal resistance is concerned, it has 85Ohm. The datasheets for the 16 pins explain the functions.
