DG613DY-T1 Overview


Packed in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), the electronic component is convenient for shipping overseas. Advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used to provide high reliability. This analog switch is mounted in Surface Mount. The ratio between the number of multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits is 2:2. Extended operating temperature around -40°C~85°C TA. There are 16 terminations totally. By its 1 channels, the electronic component provides high-quality output. With a 15V voltage supply, the electrical component should be turned on and run. 16 pins are injected to the electronic part body. These analog multiplexers are built based on DPDT switching circuits. This multiplexer is composed of 1 circuits. This digital multiplexer has 45Ohm internal resistance. Please refer to the datasheets for 16 pins functions. This switch device is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. In a normalsituation, users should not supply the switches with voltage higher than 18V. A cost-effective Dual, Single supply type analogue multiplexer. The lowest voltage fed to the electronic component should be 10V. If put voltage greater than 1μA on the device, damage may be caused to the analogue multiplexer. Dual supply volatge is feasible for this multiplexer. But it should not go beyond 15V. You should attach at least 10V voltage if you are using dual power supply. Integrated with SPST analog IC.
