Due to its 8-UFDFN Exposed Pad packaging, the electronic part is convenient for international shipping. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. There is an analog multiplexer mounted in position Surface Mount. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a ratio of 1:1. Operational temperature extended around -40°C~85°C TA.
