SI9113DY-E3 Overview
The system supports a total of 1 outputs. The alternator regulator is packaged in a 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) container to facilitate transportation. It's ready to ship in Bulk packages. There is a general voltage output of Adj to 1.3V from this power supply regulator. Surface Mount Universal mount allows for easy adaptation. The electrical regulator is targeted at Controller, ISDN Power Supplies and other applications. As a precaution, it is recommended to set the operating temperature to -40°C~85°C to prevent malfunctions. This variable voltage regulator is designed to have a voltage input of 23.5V~200V.
