Capsuled in the PowerPAK? MLP65-20 package, the switching controller suits most application needs. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. It is capable of dealing with Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s). dc switching'sThis dc control operates at 10.5V~13.2V and has a 10.5V~13.2V supply voltage. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~85°C TA. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 500kHz. dc dc regulators can be carried out with Surface Mount.
