There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 238-LFBGA, CSPBGA package and X package. This kind of FPGA is composed of FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY. The device has 106 I/O ports for more coherent data transfer. Logic blocks consist of 33280 logic elements/cells. It is powered from a supply voltage of 1V.
