XC17128ELPD8C Overview
This package is based on a neat 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package which is used by it.Packaging for external use.An individual who is qualified to operate within the 0°C~70°C domain.FPGA is programmable through OTP.There is a voltage of 3V~3.6V applied to the device.Mounted in Through Hole is this memory device.Data storage is limited to 128kb bytes.Other related parts can be found by searching "XC17128EL".Supply voltage 3.3V is required.A termination with different functions in the 8 axis.This memory device can be used with a maximum voltage of 3.6V.FPGA is imperative that the voltage of the device supply is at least 3V if the device is to work properly.A CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip like this is used for data storage.Reflow soldering should be done at 225°C maximum.FPGA has 8 pins.Through SERIAL-processing, data is transmitted from this memory to the CPU.Memory chips can operate at a voltage no higher than 0.005mA.8 pins are set with the part.I would like to mention that this is a memory IC that will be able to work at a 15MHz frequency, so I will mention that.The I/O configuration of the memory is COMMON.The use of 3.3V power supplies is recommended.For better service, USED FOR STORING THE CONFIGURATION BITSTREAMS OF XILINX FPGAS is included.
