XC17128EPC20C Overview
20-LCC (J-Lead) is used in this package.External packaging for the Tube series.An individual who is qualified to operate within the 0°C~70°C domain.With the help of OTP, it can be programmed.FPGA is powered by a voltage which is 4.75V~5.25V volts, and this voltage is the voltage from which the generator is powered.Surface Mount is the orientation of this memory device.Other components related to "XC17128E" can also be found by searching the word.5V is the required supply voltage.FPGA is possible to connect different functions on the 20 axis at different terminations.A CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip is shown here.The temperature should be kept below 225 in reflow soldering.FPGA has pins on the 20 axis.This memory transmit data in the SERIAL process way.The memory chip is allowed to operate at a voltage that is no greater than 0.01mA.Parts come with 20 pins set.There is a memory IC in this package that works at 15MHz frequencies.There is a COMMON configuration for the memory's I/O.Using a 5V power supply is recommended for best results.Memory is recommended that users apply 5V to the part before use in order for Memory to function safely in a circuMemory.To better meet the needs of customers, USED FOR STORING THE CONFIGURATION BITSTREAMS OF XILINX FPGAS has been added.
