There is a neat 20-LCC (J-Lead) package that is used in this program.Packaging for the external use of Tube.A qualified individual to operate within -40°C~85°C is required.This device can be programmed using the OTP language.This device is fed with a voltage of 3V~3.6V which is applied to it.I have mounted this memory device in Surface Mount.Data storage is limited to a size of 256Kb bytes.You can search "XC17256EL" for other related parts.The supply voltage should be 3.3V.20 terminations with different functions.A maximum voltage of 3.6V can be applied to this memory device.3V must be the minimum voltage supplied to the device.Using CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chips, this is what you get.If you're reflow soldering, you shouldn't go above 225.The 20 pins are on the board.By using SERIAL-processing, data can be transmitted through this memory in a secure manner.An operating voltage of 0.005mA is allowed for the memory chip.Parts come with 20 pins.There is a memory IC in this package that works at 15MHz frequencies.A COMMON configuration is used for the memory's I/O.A power supply that is rated at 3.3V is recommended for use with this product.In order to better serve the needs, USED FOR STORING THE CONFIGURATION BITSTREAMS OF XILINX FPGAS is included.
