An interesting 20-LCC (J-Lead) package is used for this.External packaging of type Tube.0°C~70°C-qualified.FPGA is programmable through OTP.FPGA is fed wFPGAh a voltage of 3V~3.6V.I have mounted this memory device in Surface Mount.Currently, data storage can only store data up to 512kb bytes.Search "XC17512L" for related parts.3.3V is the voltage it requires as a supply.Different functions are associated with 20 terminations.FPGA is possible to use this memory device at a maximum voltage of 3.6V.There must be a minimum voltage of 3V to supply the device with the power it needs.A CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip is shown here.In reflow soldering procedure, the temperature should be controlled to no higher than 225.20 pins are present.SERIAL-process memory transmits data.The memory chip is allowed to operate from a voltage no higher than 0.005mA.Parts come with 20 pins set.Using a 15MHz frequency, this memory IC can work at high speeds.This memory has a COMMON configuration for its I/O.Using a 3.3V power supply is recommended for best results.The inclusion of USED FOR STORING THE CONFIGURATION BITSTREAMS OF XILINX FPGAS will help customers better meet their needs.
