An interesting 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package is used.External packaging for the Tube series.Qualified to perform a variety of tasks within the -40°C~85°C environment.The OTP programming language can be used to program it.FPGA is powered by a voltage which is 3V~3.6V volts, and this voltage is the voltage from which the generator is powered.The memory device is mounted in the Surface Mount position.A maximum of 300kb bytes of data can be stored.Try searching "XC17S30" for more parts.FPGA reuqires a supply voltage of 3.3V.FPGA is possible to connect different functions on the 20 axis at different terminations.There is a maximum voltage of 3.6V that can be applied to this memory device.An operating voltage of 3V is required in order to supply the device.A CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip is shown here.If you're reflow soldering, you shouldn't go above 225.In this case, it has 20 pins.By using SERIAL-processing, data can be transmitted through this memory in a secure manner.The memory chip will not operate at a voltage above 0.005mA.There is a set of 20 pins that are included with the part.The memory's I/O is configured as COMMON.A 3.3V application is recommended before using the part in a circuit to ensure the part runs safely and reliably.
