XC17V04PC44C Overview


An interesting 44-LCC (J-Lead) package is used.External packaging for the Tube series.As a qualified employee, I can operate within 0°C~70°C.This device can be programmed using the OTP language.There is a voltage of 3V~3.6V applied to the device.FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount.To find other similar parts, search for "XC17V04".In order for it to function, it requires a voltage supply of 3.3V.There are different functions associated with 44 terminations.With 3.6V as the maximum voltage, the memory device can be used.3V must be the minimum voltage supplied to the device.A CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip is shown here.Reflow soldering should be done at 225°C maximum.FPGA has pins on the 44 axis.Data is transmitted in this memory using a SERIAL process.In order for a memory chip to function properly, it must be subjected to a voltage of not more than 0.015mA.There is a set of 44 pins that are included with the part.Using a 15MHz frequency, this memory IC can work at high speeds.As far as memory I/O is concerned, it is configured as COMMON.Prior to the use of the part in a circuit, it is recommended that users apply the 3.3V to the part so that the part will run as safely and reliably as possible.
