XC18V02PC44I Overview
There is a neat 44-LCC (J-Lead) package that is used in this program.Packaging for external use.-40°C~85°C-qualified.The In System Programmable programming language can be used to program it.FPGA is powered by a voltage which is 3V~3.6V volts, and this voltage is the voltage from which the generator is powered.Mounted in Surface Mount is this memory device.To find other similar parts, search for "XC18V02".The supply voltage should be 3.3V.Different functions can be assigned to 44 terminations.3.6V is the maximum voltage that can be used with this memory device.If the device needs to be supplied with power, then a minimum voltage of 3V is required.FPGA is a CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip that we are talking about here.FPGA is recommended that the reflow soldering temperature be maintained at no more than 225 during the process.44 pins are located on the board.This memory transmit data in the PARALLEL/SERIAL process way.The memory chip is allowed to operate from a voltage no higher than 0.025mA.There is a set of 44 pins included with the part.I would like to mention that this is a memory IC that will be able to work at a 33MHz frequency, so I will mention that.3.3V recommends that users apply 3.3V to the part before using it in a circuit so it can run safely and reliably.Memory belongs to the Flash Memories family.
