EPC1213LI20 Overview
A neat 20-LCC (J-Lead) package is used.External packaging of type Tube.-40°C~85°C-qualified.OTP allows for programmability.A voltage of 4.5V~5.5V is applied to it in order to power it.Surface Mount is the mounting position of this memory device.FPGA is limFPGAed to 212kb bytes for the size of the data storage.To find other similar parts, search for "EPC1213".FPGA reuqires a supply voltage of 5V.There are different functions that can be applied on the 20 axis when it comes to terminating.As long as the maximum voltage of the memory device is 5.5V, then the memory device can be used.It is necessary to supply the device with a minimum voltage of 4.5V.Using CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chips, this is what you get.When soldering in reflow mode, the temperature should be kept below NOT SPECIFIED at all times during the soldering process.Through SERIAL-processing, data is transmitted from this memory to the CPU.There is a memory IC in this package that works at 6MHz frequencies.In the memory, the I/O configuration has been set to COMMON.The use of a 5V power supply is recommended in order to achieve best results.To better meet the needs of customers, 4 WIRE INTERFACE TO FLEX 8000 DEVICES has been added.Memory is one of the EPC series devices.
