A neat 48-TFSOP (0.724, 18.40mm Width) package is used.The external packaging of Tray is made of Tray plastic.Licensed to operate in -40°C~85°C.This device can be programmed using In System Programmable.This device is fed with a voltage of 1.65V~2V which is applied to it.I have mounted this memory device in Surface Mount.8Mb is the maximum storage size.XCF*P will give you other related parts.The supply voltage should be 1.8V.Different functions can be assigned to 48 terminations.In order to use this memory device, a maximum voltage of 2V should be used.If the device needs to be supplied with power, then a minimum voltage of 1.65V is required.In reflow soldering, the temperature should be controlled to a maximum of 260 degrees during the process.The 48 pins are on the board.As a result of the SERIAL process, data is transmitted from this memory.For the memory chip to operate, it requires a voltage not exceeding 0.04mA.Parts include 48 pins.Memory is recommended that users apply 1.8V to the part before use in order for Memory to function safely in a circuMemory.Memory is also called a FLASH memory.Applicable to Surface Mount systems.A swicthing controller operates at a frequency of 50MHz.
