XCV600-4FG680I Overview
There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 680-LBGA Exposed Pad package and X package. In this kind of FPGA, FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY is used. The device has 512 I/O ports for more coherent data transfer. The basic building blocks of logic contain 15552 logic elements/cells. In order to operate fpga chips, a voltage supply of 2.5V volts is required. Part of the Field Programmable Gate Arrays family, this FPGA part is a programmable gate array. The Surface Mount-slot connector on the FPGA module can be connected to the development board. There is a 2.375V~2.625V-volt supply voltage required for the device to operate.
