PDB-C145 Product Details

PDB-C145 Overview

In order to prevent damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Tray. It is necessary to enclose the photodiodes in Axial packages for safety purposes. As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse- bias mode continuously, their maximum voltage is 50V. It is important that the reverse-bias voltage of the photodiodes do not exceed 50V continuously. A photodiode should not operate at a temperature higher than 80°C. For photodiodes, the minimum operating temperature should be -40°C. A photodiode conducts 2nA current without light input.
